開放感をいざなうソファ
斜めにカットされたようなアーム正面。アームが斜めにカットされている為に、心理的についついソファの方に引き込まれる感覚に陥ります。座るとさらにアームが前から奥に向かって内側に切り込まれているので奥に向かってシートが狭くなるように思われます。しかし自分が座っている状態を想像してみると確かに奥に向かって狭くなるのですが、その時に実際に座ってみて感じるのはアームのラインが自分に迫ってくる感覚ではなくて、アームのラインが自分の座っている位置から外に向かって解放されていく感覚なのです。その感覚を覚えた時、自分の正面にものすごい空間的広がりを感じることができるのです。足の付け根からつま先へ開放感を感じることの出来るゆったりした座りごこちのソファの提案です。

You may think that the seat becomes narrow to the back when you sit on because the arms are plunged to inside from the front to the back. But in fact, you feel that the arm lines are splaying outward from your sitting position, not closing to you. Once you experienced it, you can feel the spatial extent in front of you. This is a sofa that makes sitters feel spacious and comfortable from groins to toes.
